If sever weather is predicted before camp day, an alert or cancellation email will be sent out the night before. If sever weather hits during camp, we move inside to the gym. Camp does not stop for rain. We will continuously monitor temperatures and the heat index.
Camp refund requests must be made via email to holdingmidlimited@gmail.com. All requests must be emailed by June 2nd. Wilson Soccer Camp will only refund 50% of your registration fee. Any refund requests made after June 2nd will not be considered. Camp day(s) are not made up if missed due to weather. Any requests for refunds made after the camp start date will not be considered.
